Rosy-lilac with a yellow base, this wild Cretian species needs poor soil, moderate winters and hot summers. Multiplies rapidly by stolons n areas with mild winters. One of the few warm weather tulips suitable for soouthern California as it requires no cold period. Heirloom 1753.
